Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice (MBSP) Program Certified by the VIA Institute on Character, our facilitators are qualified to deliver the MBSP program developed by Dr. Ryan Niemiec. This 8-week program fosters both personal growth and professional development, making it ideal for employees, students, and practitioners alike. By blending mindfulness techniques with VIA Character Strengths, MBSP offers a structured, research-backed approach to self-discovery and resilience building. Who Can Participate The MBSP program is accessible to individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups seeking personal growth and a deeper understanding of their character strengths. No prior experience with mindfulness is required. Limited Enrollment To maintain a high-quality, personalized experience, each course is capped at 25 participants. This allows for focused engagement and ample opportunity for interaction and individual growth.
